By remotely connecting to you computer, our technicians can immediately begin working on your computer issue from our offices, often drastically reducing the time required to resolve your issue. Our Remote Client Support has the following features for your convenience and security:

• Our connection is completely secure and the data exchanged is encrypted for added protection.
• Our technicians can only connect to your machine with your live authorization from your computer.
• Our technicians can navigate and examine your computer while you watch
• You can take back control of your computer at anytime.
• You and the technician see the same thing so you can point out any issues or questions you may have as they arise
• You can navigate as well so you can show the technician where specific issues may reside.
• Our technicians can deliver necessary examination and repair tools for software or program issues as you watch.
• You are only billed for the time our technicians are connected to your machine.
• If the problem is solved in 5 minutes, you are billed for 5 minutes.
